Training, Education and Awareness Module™

The Security Training, Education and Awareness Module (TEAM™) platform is Digital Defense’s online Learning Management System (LMS) that provides security training to the online patrons of Digital Defense’s clients. Our proprietary TEAM LMS system is Web-based to facilitate anytime, anywhere access to learning content and administration by Digital Defense’s clients and their online customers.

The TEAM LMS is physically located at Digital Defense’s SNOC. The system supports delivery and tracking of courseware content and testing services, and the generation of certificates for students that demonstrate a certain level of proficiency with the security content of the courseware. The TEAM LMS also tracks system usage for our clients. The usage information can be used for tailoring the client’s marketing initiatives as well as to demonstrate to regulatory agencies the commitment it is making to further educate its clientele on Internet Use security matters.
