Frontline™

Clients interact with NSAS via the Frontline secure Web interface. NSAS supports a multi-user environment with role-based access privileges. A Frontline user with the appropriate privilege level can schedule external and internal vulnerability assessments, configure and customize the assessments for optimum performance, generate a wide variety of reports (including executive summaries, technical detail and trending reports) and export the results to third-party applications for more extensive analysis.

Frontline also provides a sophisticated work flow management capability known as ActiveView™. ActiveView enables IT supervisors to maintain a current and accurate view of the information systems present within their computing environment, including their vulnerability status. Through the use of a reconciliation utility, clients can also effectively track the vulnerability status of hosts over time while keeping tabs on the progress of the IT staff or third-party organizations assigned to remediate vulnerabilities.
